Abstract

The conception of this text, on the whole, tried to emphasize the fact that the Environmental Administration of anthropic actions in Amazonia, also valid for other Brazilian regions, cannot neglect the basic necessities of the Human Being, and that the environmental question is not restricted to be a mere synonym for such tenns as Fauna and Flora, but means much more than that. On the other hand, the actions intended to mitigate the adverse environmental impacts must be implemented by Environmentitl State Agencies, institutionally strengthened and based on researching and development of technologies suitable to the handling of the Amazonian environmental quality. Without assuming that the matter is exhausted, or that there is not another expression for the truth, the text tries to establish several bases for an environmental macro-administration and control the Amazonian environment degradation question in the discussion of analogical and organic solutions for its problems, avoiding numerous analyses of the action effects that modify the environment.
