Apontamentos de introdução à educação ambiental

Abstract

The nature's irrational human domination and the lucrative exploitation of natural resources are leading humanity's survival to a risk. A new ecological consciousness anda new ethical attitude of the human being in the presence of nature becomes necessary. Thus, environmental edu-cation rises up, not as a new discipline, but as a whole set of educative acts that try to introduce the environmental variable in all disciplines of the school. The introduction of this variable in the educa-tive system leads to some difficulties. A methodological proposal is offered.
