The environmental pollution provoked by Cubarão industrial complex is pointcd out in intensive way as cause of illness. Mcanwhile, the pollution influence magnitude is not only cause and will be incorrect to atribute to it the health problem existing in Cubatão. The problem reflects also on socio-economics conditions and abscnce of infra-structurc. This is the reason why it was ne-cessary this research about habitation, as a data of health, planning and cconomy intcgrated with environment.
