Avaliação da degradação da Serra do Mar

Abstract

The specific objective of the presem study is to obtain a  diagnostic in space and time of the occured degradation in "Serra do Mar" (a mountain range dose to an industrial park) in Cubatão region, either on vegetation oi' on slopes, in relation to the acelerating increasing erosive process, with emphasis on the land-slides. This diagoosis utilizes for its first visualization air-photographs available of the years 1962, 1972, 1977, 1980 and 1985.
